Art at The Chapel is located in Bishop Street Methodist Church - an active church in Leicester City Centre.
We are next to the Town Hall Square, a short walking distance from all bus stations and Leicester train station.
There is limited pay-and-display on-street parking (including disabled parking) right outside of the church and more in surrounding areas.
There is a cafe on site serving refreshments all day.

Artist in residence
We are proud to provide a creative space for an artist in residence at Art at The Chapel. Artists have the opportunity to research the church, community, local area, and experiment with different art forms over a period of time in order to create a new body of work. We support our resident artists by providing work space, mentorship, and an exhibition at the end of their residency, including opportunities for slot online presentations.

Local community group Leicester Lo-Fi have relocated to the basement of Bishop Street Methodist Church.
